 Another important addon to have, especially those who have multiple gmail accounts, is a gmail addon which lets you know whenever you have new e-mail. With the latest version of Gmail Notifier, this addon finally belongs as one of the best gmail addons for Firefox. Simply add your account info and every so often your gmail gets checked and you're notified, simple. You can also manage other account and have several options at your disposal such as playing a .wav sound when you get new email, check mail every x minutes and other options. All in all it's a solid and useful addon, but at the same time there are several addons already available with more features, such as Gmail Manager. There are also several bugs, just like any addon or piece of software, but for a simple gmail addon to notify you when you get new e-mails and manage multiple gmail accounts, it's worth a download. But if you're looking for a fully featured one, checkout Gmail Manager instead. |
