Europeans are procrastinators -- at least that is what web browser company Opera Software's latest research into users' mobile browsing habits shows. This past holiday season, U.S. mobile phone users shopped early, while Europeans used their phones for last-minute purchases.

Idea Cellular, India’s third-largest mobile operator and Opera Software have recently signed a deal to offer a customized Opera Mini mobile web browser to its subscribers across India. Idea customers will be able to download this co-branded version of Opera Mini on their devices from the end of March 2012.

Firefox 10 is now available as a free download for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android. As always, we recommend that users keep up to date with the newest version of Firefox for the latest features and fixes. The release notes for Firefox 10 are available here.

Opera Software and Bakcell, the first mobile operator in Azerbaijan, today announced a version of the Opera Mini browser specially developed for Bakcell subscribers. Now, they are able to surf the Web with no limits for just 0.19 Azerbaijani manat per day (about 14.6 NOK) or 1.99 Azerbaijani manat per month (nearly 3.8 NOK) when using Opera Mini.
